The Staff

Patty:
Started on October 30, 2004. She lives in Glen Ellyn
with her daughter and two cats "Jello" and "Gonzo".
She enjoys playing tennis, riding her bike and
exercising.

Laura:
Started on September 21, 2006. She lives with her
family in Glen Ellyn and has a dog, a Brussels Griffon
named "Jack". She is currently attending school for
fine art illustrations.

Nancy:
Started on July 21, 2007. She lives in Glen Ellyn with
her husband and two children and has a long haired
Dachshund named "Lucy" as well as cats and other
critters. She enjoys her horse and has volunteered
for a local humane society.

Denise:
Started on August 23, 2008. She lives in Wheaton
with her husband, two Greyhounds "Mac" and "Andie",
and two cats "Oliver" and "Nikki". She works in Special
Ed at Glenbard West and volunteers with the
handicapped in therapeutic horseback riding.
She enjoys learning about American history, and
participates in WWII reenactments.

Cathie:
Started on October 23, 2008. She lives in Glen Ellyn
with her family and Golden Retriever, "Mae".

Gail:
Started March 16, 2009. She lives in Bensenville with
her husband, two rescue dogs "Lady" and "Lucky",
and two rescue cats "Sabrina" and "Van Gogh". She
is a longtime animal lover, volunteering for West
Suburban Humane Society since the age of 17. She is
also a member of a disaster animal rescue
organization, Noah's Wish, where she helped out in
the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Mary:
Started on May 21, 2010. She lives in Lombard with
her family and many pets.

Susan:
Started on October 27, 2010. She lives in Glendale
Heights and is a graduate student at Lewis University
pursuing her M.A. in Education & Counseling in order
to become a high school guidance counselor. She is a
long time animal lover and volunteers with a local dog
rescue in West Chicago. One of her passions is
working with abused and shy animals.

Marie
Started on February 10, 2011. She lives in Glen Ellyn
with her family and two Cairn Terriers. She has been
an animal lover for as long as she can remember and
enjoys spending time outdoors. She recently received
her B.A. in Speech and Hearing Science and will be
continuing in the fall for her M.A. in Speech Pathology.
She would like to eventually work with children as a
speech therapist.

Ann:
Started on October 7, 2011. She lives in Downers
Grove with her family and newly adopted "Coco".
